You will work within The Change + Internal Communications practice. Reporting into the Head of Change + Internal Communications, they are looking for their next mid-senior level hire. The successful candidate will work closely with key sector teams (mainly Financial Professional Services, Healthcare and Energy + Industrials) as well as other specialist service teams (e.g. digital and creative) to develop holistic solutions in response to client briefs. From time to time, this may require working on purely external communications briefs as well as Change & internal communications.
The right candidate is someone who can help the agency realise the growth potential both within the existing client portfolio as well as amongst external prospects. You will develop and execute strategic communication programmes for clients as well as actively source and respond to new business opportunities, playing a pivotal role in helping shape a more integrated offering that combines corporate, employee and sector communication expertise. Ideally you will have a mix of agency and in-house from any of their sectors, finance, health, energy etc. You must have worked on internal communications and change management.
