Rare role for an Internal Communications Account Manager to join one of the most dynamic PR specialists within the Midlands as they continue to grow.
Internal Communications Account Manager is a brand new role for this gem of an agency which has enjoyed considerable growth since its inception. They’ve won several new pieces of business within the internal communications / employee engagement space, as well as assisting the HR divisions of their clients with communications around their recruitment function. The initial brief will be to work as part of the wider account team but leading on the day to day delivery of the internal communications function and managing activity. You will work closely with the relevant clients and be capable of attending meetings on your own.

We know this is a really niche role, but it is really exciting and for the right person - the opportunities for growth and development are very good. It’s most suited to someone who has come from an internal communications background in-house, who is looking to achieve a Head of Internal Communications role in the not too distant future. With many clients now asking for internal communications input from this employer, there will lots of opportunities for variety. You must have an understanding of the corporate stakeholder landscape and be really practical with intranets, corporate emails and publications and will ideally have experience of paid for media, especially on LinkedIn.
