Account Director/ Associate | Consumer brands, Drinks

If you are a skilled PR practitioner with a background in the luxury drinks sector and tool kitting, this is a dream ticket to join a global, multi-disciplinary London PR agency. They are looking for both an Account Director and Associate to head up the team.
You would join a highly creative, very smart and ‘spirited’ team in a well-established agency working on fully integrated campaigns, including 360 degree digital influence, in brand new offices in a great location. As a new and significant new client gain, the accounts offer real opportunity to reach out to stakeholders and media in the luxury lifestyle and aspirational sectors and have a big impact on the growth of the team and business.

The Role:
In addition to the opportunity of working on a leading global drinks brand that enjoys acclaim, heritage and more than just a hint of glamour, you will be required to:

• Manage all client relationships, developing campaigns across all channels (PR, digital and marketing)
• Be an advisor and provide client counsel on strategy, stakeholder engagement, digital plans and content strategies
• Ensure best practice across the team and quality control of all our content,
• Work closely with client lead to ensure stakeholder and influencer activity is aligned and integrated and build relationships with key online influencers
• Budget manager, forecast and planning
• Provide mentoring and leadership to encourage a high performing and highly motivated team
In addition to working on a leading global drinks brand that enjoys acclaim, heritage and more than just a hint of glamour, the following skills will be required

Skills:

• Extensive integrated consumer brand and luxury lifestyle experience, preferably on drinks brands
• Skilled in delivering toolkits with interagency teams
• Creative and strategic thinker
• In-depth knowledge of UK and global media landscape
• Able to lead on high profile, complex consumer clients
• Natural leader and able to run a busy press office team
• Identify and lead on new business opportunities
• Manage client budgets and monitor financial performance
• Possess the market expertise and network connections to provide intelligent strategic counsel to clients
• Track record of building successful senior level client relationships and business growth
• Ambitious and driven and results focused
