COMMUNITY MANAGER | Consumer brands, Tech

Working within this dynamic and highly successful technology team and across a range of global and high profile brands, this agency is looking to find an experienced Community Manager (possibly around the Senior Account Executive / Account Manager level). You should have strong social media credentials and be able to work across channels for leading consumer brand names. This is for a fixed 12 month contract and to work predominantly on a consumer tech giant.

Stuff you need to be able to do

• Confident client facing and managing appropriate level client counsel
• Able to lead more junior team members
• Experience of working on high profile, global consumer brands
• Strong competency levels of publishing across all platforms
• Able to prepare responses to consumer enquiries including handling difficult questions effectively
• Confident populating and handling content calendars
• Excited by social media and of how brands are able to leverage innovation
• Passionate about creating content and targeting consumer audiences
