You will create concepts for the small team of designers to work on and this will include the design that can be used across a variety of communications channels – digital and offline. So the focus will be on managing the designers, as well as assisting with delivery. You will also identify key trends in design and visual content to ensure that alongside the digital marketing and brand team, they are creating the most cutting-edge, eye-catching and memorable content to build their brand.
Digital and graphic design skills: Extensive knowledge of graphic design and relevant software,
familiarity with film-making techniques for shooting and editing videos for social would be great!
Knowledge of video editing, copywriting and HTML.
Understanding of the technical concepts associated with internet applications -
Experience of delivering projects involving social platforms
Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
