We have partnered with a housing trust who are now seeking a Communications Manager, who can really lift the brand and engage with their clients and also their 600 employees who you will help make sure are engaged, informed, bought in and have some fun along the way!
Reporting to the Director of Brand and Engagement, the Head of Communications will drive the positive engagement of the trusts customers and employees, continually reviewing and improving their approach to share fluid information and facilitate spectacularly good conversations.
You’ll also make them better known as a great employer and a value led business focused on improving their customers’ lives with fantastic homes and places to live.
You’ll be a confident leader with the ability to help deliver strategic priorities. All their employees value their mission which is improving lives, none more so than the team of designers and digital, PR, internal and customer communication specialists that you will lead, energise and motivate.
Your background will be in communications ideally from the private sector, they will offer a salary of £60-£65k, plus great bonus, pension, 9am to 5pm hours and flexible working, 25 days holiday and this increases one day every year, fantastic team, supportive management, and the opportunity to grow and develop your career.
