An exciting opportunity to join the Marketing & Communications Team at this leading charity based in Luton. The team is responsible for promoting arts and heritage.
The role is for, a press officer and you will have the initiative and drive to lead on development of the Trust’s media coverage to position the charity locally and nationally as a provider of high quality arts and cultural experiences. The role also includes all print production, display and distribution, as well as leading on print advertising.
You will work on campaigns across a wide range of art forms as well as promoting the cultural trust as a whole.
The team is based near central Luton train station.
You will have good writing skills, with an ability to create engaging copy for news releases, advertising and print and excellent proofreading skills, and attention to detail. You will also communicate tactfully and accurately, both orally and in writing, with a wide range of stakeholders and the media. You will have experience of working in a press and marketing environment.
