Editor – Medical Communications

A leading Healthcare Communications agency is looking for an Editor to join its Medical Communications team in London. This role will involve proof-reading and copy-editing duties along with coaching/training and operational responsibilities.

You will work closely with the editorial team to produce and deliver a wide range of healthcare educational and communication materials. You will provide QC across all materials and will work with the Senior Editor to implement QC training and certification for all staff. You will also support new business development by conducting research and ensuring the quality of proposals and pitches.

To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and experience:

• Editing experience gained from working in a med comms agency or healthcare publishing environment
• Educated to degree level in a science-related subject
• Solid organisational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
