A highly reputable Healthcare Advertising agency is looking for an Office Coordinator to join its team in London. You will play a key role within this busy agency, providing essential support to the team and helping to run the office.

You will be responsible for maintaining the office space and ensuring everything is running smoothly and efficiently. This will include checking and ordering supplies, ensuring maintenance issues are dealt with, booking meeting rooms and greeting visitors. You will be responsible for making UK and international travel arrangements including booking transport and accommodation, providing a travel itinerary and ensuring travel budgets and necessary approvals are adhered to.

To be considered for this position you must have solid administration experience gained from working in a fast-paced commercial environment. In addition, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the confidence to liaise with multiple teams and suppliers.
