Senior Account Manager - Work Life Balance!

We have partnered with a fully integrated award winning agency and they are now seeking either an account manager or senior account manager. They are a team of circa 30 and all consultants who are lucky enough to be offered a role with this amazing agency, benefit from tailored training and great career development to account director and beyond. The role as an account manager or senior account manager will see you working across a number of their 'flag-ship' consumer accounts.

The Role:

Liaising on a daily basis with your great clients and the consumer media as well as some trade.
Building relationships and networking with your amazing team members
Helping to identify appropriate level of partnership with each consumer
Monitoring the media,
Creating great content for press and bloggers
Preparing regular client reports and attending client meetings
Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media
Event management, including press conferences
In return they will offer you a base of £35-£40k+package and bonus, they have one of the best cultures in the market and this is evident in their low staff turnover. They believe in developing and promoting their staff from within, and this role has come about due to new client wins. They have a work life balance and all consultants are out the door by 5.30 to enjoy the gym or socialise! Drinks at 4pm on a Friday, plus leave early.
