Communications Manager - 12 month fixed term contract

We have partnered with a housing trust who are now seeking a Communications Manager, who can really lift the brand and engage with their clients and also their employees who you will help make sure are engaged, informed, bought in and have some fun along the way! The role will be offered on a fixed term 12-month contract.

Reporting to the Director of Brand and Engagement, as the Communications Manager, you will drive the positive engagement of the trusts customers and employees, continually reviewing and improving their approach to share fluid information and facilitate spectacularly good conversations.You will promote a positive public image of the organisation through engaging with national and local press as well as on Social media. You will be the brand champion for the organisation and manage a programme of internal communications and document management via the intranet.’

Your background will be in communications ideally from in-house, they will offer fixed term 12 month with potential to extend, contract salary of £38-£45k, plus great package and holiday pay flexible working, 25 days holiday and this increases one day every year, a fantastic team, supportive management, and the opportunity to grow and develop your career.
