Client Services Director – Med Comms – Cheshire

A well-established Medical Communications agency has an opening for a Client Services Director within its Cheshire-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious medical communications professional with experience in leading teams and developing new business.

You will take ownership for multiple accounts both in the US and Europe and will be responsible for setting the objectives and managing client relationships. You will closely oversee the account teams to ensure that budgets are adhered to and objectives are being met. You will also play an integral role in business development, directing and leading on new business opportunities and developing and presenting proposals.

This agency is looking for a strong leader with excellent medical communications credentials and extensive experience in directing multiple accounts. In addition, you must have in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry with your finger firmly on the pulse of the latest developments.

Essential requirements:

• Solid experience in a similar role gained from working in a med comms agency
• Strategic mind-set
• Excellent client handling skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
