Clothing retailer in the West Midlands is looking for a PR and Blogger Relationship Executive to build relationships with key influencers.
The PR and Blogger Relationship Executive will take full ownership of influencer relationships from start to finish. You'll identify bloggers who could be key influencers for the brand, qualify them, pitch the campaign idea to the Creative Director, create endorsement packages, send gift samples, negotiate payments, track the endorsements to ensure they adhere to agreements, monitor traffic and analyse data to determine the success of the campaign. You are basically the 'middle man' between the bloggers and the brand. This will involve lots of stakeholder management and work across several campaigns at any given time. On any typical day you might be chatting to a new blogger on Instagram who's caught your eye, visiting the stock warehouse to make sure that the right samples are being sent to a key influencer, negotiating payment with another, segmenting emails and monitoring social media posts to ensure that you don't miss anything that's being said about your products.
What we're looking for
If it's your dream to turn your love of fashion blogging into a career, then we want to hear from you! You're a passionate blogger, who understands how influencers work. You're so familiar with the world of fashion blogging that you'd be able to spot an up and coming influencer from a mile off. A lover of working with people, you're great at building relationships and keeping everyone happy! You know the fashion industry like to back of your hand, probably blog daily about it, have 1000's of followers, post on Instagram every day and maybe have even been employed as an influencer yourself. That said, let's not forget the PR element of this role, for which you'll need to be a first-class writer, have experience of liaising with journalists and know how to spot a good story when you see one.
It's imperative that you have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role and a passion for fashion. PR degree or similar is desirable but not essential.
