We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant/Team Administrator position within a specialist Healthcare Communications agency based in London. This agency is happy to consider candidates looking to work full or part-time (four days).
This is a fast-paced and varied role which will see you provide day-to-day support to the agency’s leadership team as well as support the team as a whole and general office management. You will hold of wide range of responsibilities, from diary management and organising travel arrangements through to minute taking during meetings and maintaining internal databases. You will provide essential support to client servicing teams on a variety of tasks, including formatting presentations and documents, managing event logistics, and liaising with external suppliers.
To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and experience:
• Solid experience as an Administrator/Executive Assistant gained from working in a fast-paced, commercial environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Keen eye for detail
