Senior PR Account Executive

One of the most successful PR agencies in Manchester is looking for an experienced Senior PR Account Executive to join their consumer team due to a sustained period of growth and continually winning new clients.

The role

As Senior PR Account Executive, you’ll become part of a team who take pride in their work and work with large, well-known, global clients. Working with a consumer client base across the travel, food, and lifestyle sectors, you will enjoy a varied role and will be liaising with clients and national and international media outlets, on a daily basis. As part of a busy account team, you will also be supporting the PR Account Directors and PR Account Managers, helping to develop client proposals and implementing the PR activity. You will help to service clients and campaigns to a high standard and will be handling end to end PR and marketing campaigns within the consumer/ retail sector. A lot of the role will include researching, writing and distributing press releases and then you will help to collate and analyse the media coverage.

What we’re looking for

It is essential that you have experience of working in an agency or have worked in a consumer environment within an in-house company as you will need to have strong client facing skills, and an understanding of the FMCG sector would be beneficial. A wider understanding of adding and enhancing brand value through social and content channels is also important.

Salary is dependent on experience for this Senior Account Executive role but could range between £19,000 - £24,000 DOE.
