This is a first-rate opening for an experienced Social Media and PR Manager to join a successful fast fashion, ladies online retailer located in Greater Manchester which has seen exceptional growth since its conception. They are now looking to take the business to the next level - both in the UK and internationally, and require a Social Media and PR Manager to join their established E-commerce team.
You will be joining the e-commerce team and report to the owner and work alongside the wider marketing team and manage a small social media team. It will be your responsibility to create a plan and lead the delivery of the brand’s social media strategy to increase their awareness, social engagement and increase traffic to help drive sales across a very competitive market. You will work with the team to develop new ideas and initiatives to help grow the social fan base across all of the platforms and will help create commercial partnerships with influential large and well known social media channels. Celebrity and influencer outreach will be a large part of the role, where you will identify and lead with partnerships with key and relevant celebrities and influential bloggers. You will write and post engaging content which will be in line with the brands tone of voice and will help to create and write offsite/onsite copy to develop content ideas to support other digital marketing activities such as SEO.
What we’re looking for
First and foremost it is essential that you have a creative flair and have experience of working in fashion. You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a social media, blogger outreach or PR/marketing role. You will already have a strong digital and Social Media background with knowledge and connections with influential Bloggers, Vloggers and Social Media content creators in the fashion sector. A good understanding of digital marketing disciplines such as PPC and SEO, Google analytics, adobe photoshop would be advantageous. Personality wise, you will be up to speed and following the latest young women’s fashion trends and websites, be creative minded and have a genuine passion for the fashion sector. This is a senior level role so you will have to have good organisational, time management and administrative skillset too as you will be required to handle numerous projects.
What’s on offer?
