SAM – Crisis & Issues Comms – Prestigious Consultancy

A fully integrated communications consultancy is looking for a Senior Account Manager with significant crisis & issues management experience to join its specialist disputes team in London. This is a key hire for the team and will be integral to its long term planning and growth.

You will work closely with this expert team to develop and implement proactive and reactive PR strategies and you will be responsible for managing junior colleagues and ensuring the successful delivery of client work. You will be a key client contact and you will be expected to proactively build relationships with key opinion leaders, media, professional associations and online influencers. You will be heavily involved in new business activity, leading brainstorms and developing pitches, proposals and presentations.

To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and experience:

• Solid crisis & issues management experience gained from working in a communications consultancy/agency
• Strong media relations skills
• Excellent client handling skills
• ‘Can do’ attitude
