We are looking for a highly organised individual with proven administrative skills for a Project Co-ordinator position within a well-respected Medical Education and Events agency based in London. You will provide essential support to the projects team and play a key role in the organisation of a wide variety of events.
You will hold a number of responsibilities to ensure the smooth organisation of events, from negotiating with suppliers and sourcing venues, to organising travel arrangements and maintaining the event website. You will work closely with designers to produce on-site documents and you will be tasked with creating promotional emails, liaising with marketing to create lists and schedule campaigns. You will be required to attend events and assist with the set up and you will be responsible for managing the post-event process. You will also provide essential office management support to help ensure the efficient running of this busy office.
To be considered for this position you must have solid administration experience gained from working in a team environment and ideally have some events experience (healthcare/pharma events would be an advantage). In addition, you must be a self-starter who can easily adapt to changing priorities and can confidently liaise with people at all levels. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are also essential requirements for this position.
