Social Media Account Executive

An award-winning agency is on the hunt for a Social Media Account Executive! Could you be the next person to join their vibrant team?!

The role

This agency may have started small, but they’re certainly not anymore – and even though they’ve grown substantially their ethos towards their staff has remained the same. They put their people first, which is what they think contributes to the success they’ve had, the team they’ve built, and the awards they’ve won. The agency is well-known in the industry, in fact, they’re one of the most well-known PR agencies outside of London, so if you’re a Social Media Account Executive who is looking to join a renowned team and work within the B2B sector, you should certainly consider this role! As part of the B2B division, you’ll be part of an incredible PR powerhouse and will support the digital team on all things social, this means that on a day-to-day basis you’ll be creating content for social posts and blogs, scheduling posts, monitoring channels, and evaluating campaigns. The role also involves liaison, as you’ll be reaching out to online communities and influencers, and will regularly be chatting to clients to understand their needs, take briefs, and discuss any issues that may arise.

What we’re looking for

To be considered, it’s essential that you’re experienced in social media, are comfortable handling multiple projects, and it’s really important that you’re interested in the B2B sector as this role really isn’t for someone who wants to work on fluffy consumer campaigns! In addition to this, you must have a good understanding of the digital landscape, keep an eye on new developments and channels, and researching them. Superb written skills are of course essential, and you must be able to whip up shareable and engaging content at the drop of a hat. As well as this, you must be happy to contribute to brainstorming sessions, able to work on a project alone as well as with a team, and able to take full responsibility for the evaluation of social media activity. Software-wise, it would be great if you had an understanding of Facebook Insights, Crowd Control Analytics, and if you had knowledge of any other monitoring tools that would be fantastic!

What’s on offer?

The agency is offering a salary of £19,000 to £25,000 and is dependent upon experience. They also offer lots of lovely benefits and are a really social bunch. If you’d like more information on the role please contact Lisa on 0121 355 0955, or send your CV to us using the link!
