A global communications agency is looking for an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to join its growing Employee Practice in London. This is an exciting role within an ambitious team that specialises in employee engagement, internal and change communications, and employer brand and talent attraction.
You will play a key role within this busy team and you will have the opportunity to work on an interesting range of clients. You will help to lead account teams and activity across a variety of projects and clients and you will be responsible for ensuring project solutions are commercially viable and meet the financial goals. You will coordinate and manage multi-discipline teams to ensure the successful delivery of assigned campaigns and projects and you will be a trusted advisor to clients. You will also support business development activities through identifying and developing opportunities and contributing to pitch presentations.
To be considered for this position you must be a real team player with relevant communications experience gained from working in-house or in an agency. In addition, you must have excellent relationship building skills and have the proven ability to manage people and teams. Sound commercial acumen and strong writing skills are also essential requirements for this position.
