As an expert in community management, you will be a key member of the team servicing multiple client social profiles and handles. You will be responsible for delivering brand tone of voice and messaging through your own community management style and will be expected to be on the pulse of the news agenda, latest trends and relevant industry news as relating to the brands you will work across, which will be a mix of consumer to technology global giants.
Responsibilities will include creating, writing, editing and helping to manage and produce social media activity, community engagement and direct consumer response. They are a close team of experts in social media and so require a proactive team player who can add to the team dynamic and work openly and collaboratively with team members.
You must be a skilled writer and social media enthusiast with relevant community management and content creation experience. Impeccable writing skills – ability to write original editorial content with insight, wit, and flawless grammar. Knowledge of and passion for online community creation and social media.
